Buffalo Chicken Dip

As Prepared by Mistress Aymise

Mistress Aymise will be making this dish live during the event. Stay tuned for details!

This dish is a perennial favorite at the dip station. It’s not too spicy on its own, but you could really kick up the heat with additional Frank’s if that’s your style. Providing a variety of dippers helps the dish feel fresh and new for each trip back to the warmer.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz can chicken breast, drained

  • ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot

  • ⅛ tsp celery seed

  • ⅛ tsp onion powder

  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • ½ cup blue cheese dressing (or ranch dressing)

Editorial note from the King: Real heroes use blue cheese dressing. Ranch is for culinary cowards.
